    What does it mean that we are a Christian school? It means we teach all academic and elective courses with a biblical worldview, and that we strive for excellence in everything we do.

    • Student:Teacher ratio - 8:1

    • Spanish offered for 1st through 12th grades

    • Art offered for 1st through 12th grades

    • STEM classes offered for 7th through 12th grades

    • 3D printing class in high school

    • Life Skills/Personal Finance class in high school

    • Aligned with Minnesota Academic Standards & ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International) standards

    • All teachers are licensed and/or experts in their subject area

    • College credits earned through Post Secondary Education Option (PSEO)

    • Bi-annual Vo Tech weeks where students are trained in a wide variety of hands-on job and life skills to prepare for future success

    • Secondary choir and instrumental ensemble

    • General music for elementary students plus instrumental lessons for grades 5 and 6

    Mountain Lake Christian School graduates are prepared for wherever life may take them. Our graduates have been accepted into all types of colleges and programs:

    • Community & Technical Colleges such as Alexandria Technical College, MN West Community & Technical College, and Hesston College

    • Four-Year Public Universities such as Texas A&M, the U of MN, and South Dakota School of Mines & Technology

    • Four-Year Private Colleges & Universities such as Gustavus Adolphus, Tabor College, and the University of St. Thomas
